Greek black olives , organic in brine, 160gr jar. Naturally fermented, Kalamata variety whole olives in brine. Kalamata olives only grow in limited quantities in certain regions of Greece and are therefore considered a special product. Kalamata olives have a unique taste with their brownish-black color and characteristic almond shape. The olives are prepared using conventional lactic acid fermentation and are ideal for salads, pizza or as a snack in between.

Ingredients: Kalamata olives (55.2%), water (40.6%), sea salt (3%), wine vinegar (1.2%)

Properties: Appearance: Natural with various shades of brown to brown / black / Odor: Smell of ripe olives and brine / Taste: slightly salty taste of olives with a hint of acetic acid

Shelf life from date of manufacture: 36 months if the product is stored under the specified storage conditions

Ideal storage conditions: Ambient temperature from 10°C to 25°C. In a cool, dark place  to store. Olives should be covered with brine. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within two weeks. Tip: If you replace the brine with olive oil, the olives will last longer even after the jar has been opened.
